  • Step 1 – COLLECT waste glass through drop-off and pickup programs.

    Step 2 – PICK-UP any non-glass products like bottle caps, corks, and metal tops (excluding labels).

    Step 3 – CRUSH truck machinery pulverizes the glass into an aggregate mixture.

    Step 4 – SCREEN crushed glass is screened into multiple aggregate sizes. (Very course, course, medium, & fine )

    Step 5 — ALLOCATE our glass aggregate for designated end uses. Applications include concrete research, sandbags for flood mitigation, new glass products, construction projects, soil amendment, art projects, and much more!

  • Nope. Recycled glass sand contains amorphous silica as opposed to crystalline silica which causes silicosis.  The World Health Organization (WHO) classifies crystalline silica as carcinogenic to any animal or human. Amorphous silica is not.
